Hayley Mills is currently an International Strategy Manager at the marketing performance company OMD having worked on brands such as Bacardi, Carlsberg, Hilton, Infiniti, Levi’s, McDonald’s, Nissan, TUI and Zalando during her two-year tenur as well as donating her time pro-bono to The UN Sustainability Goals limitative to support two NGO’s supported by
OMNICOM’s very own John Wren. In addition to her day job role she is also the chair of the Diversity Council.
Before OMD Hayley was part of the team that launched Adidas Stellasport focused on attracting the new and empowered audience of Generation Z girls. A project which reflected her beliefs and presented the female role model long believed to be sought. Her industry experience spans from automobiles to youth marketing.
An SCA 2.0 alumni given opportunity to excel through scholarship and mentorship driving her commitment to making sure equality is not just a talking point but also a reality.
